We may remove content at our sole discretion.
5. Promotional Use
You grant JTDRecipe permission to feature public recipes, usernames, images, and descriptions in:
- social media posts
- promotional materials
- videos
- advertisements
6. Subscriptions and Payments
Premium subscriptions:
- are billed through Stripe or app stores
- renew automatically unless cancelled
- are non-refundable except where required by law
We may change subscription pricing with notice.
7. AI Features Disclaimer
JTDRecipe provides AI-powered tools including search, nutrition estimates, and cooking assistance.
These tools:
- may generate inaccurate results
- should not be relied upon for medical or dietary decisions
Use of AI outputs is at your own risk.
8. Advertising
- Free-tier users may see advertisements and sponsored content.
- Pro users receive an ad-free experience where applicable.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- scrape the platform
- attempt unauthorized access
- upload malware
- harass users
- impersonate others
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.
You may delete your account at any time.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JTDRecipe shall not be liable for:
- lost data
- indirect damages
