Beef Flank with Garlic Spinach and Mushrooms
Nutritional Information
Seared beef flank combined with wilted spinach and sautéed mushrooms — high in protein and natural fats, strictly whole-food and keto-friendly.
This recipe is originally for 1 servings. How many are you cooking for today?
- 4 7/8 ozs beef flank steak
- 2 7/8 ozs baby spinach
- 3 1/2 ozs cremini mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, smashed
- 1/8 oz fresh ginger, thinly sliced
Pat steak dry and sear in a very hot skillet, using the beef's own fat, about 3–4 minutes per side for medium (rest 5 minutes, then slice thin).
In the same pan, add mushrooms and garlic; cook until mushrooms release moisture and start to brown. Add spinach and wilt briefly with ginger.
Serve sliced beef over the mushroom-spinach mix.
